How can exercise help with Rheumatory Arthritis?

Many research studies have proven that proper strength training through a pain free range of motion will benefit someone with Rheumatory Arthritis. Proper strength training will help to alleviate pain and will increase muscular strength, develop stronger bones and connective tissue, while also helping to reduce body fat. Our Fitness Foundation program, which is strength training 3 times per week and monthly nutrition, is perfect. Someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis is taken through a pain free range of motion and started at a lower intensity. Spinal stability and strength through a pain free motion is extremely important along with cardiovascular activity at a lower intensity. We gradually increased the intensity depending upon the individual’s progress.
